Galactic Suits, a hotel that will soon be opening its doors will be located high up in the sky, in space orbiting the Earth. Space is the final frontier and this 3 day stay at the Galactic Suit just might be worth spending a huge amount of 4 million dollars if you want to enjoy the breath taking view of Earth and the experience of total zero gravity.

The Galactic Suit Project is currently underway in Europe and this project will bring a start to space tourism wherein local public can visit the space, stay in the orbiting resort, and land back to the space port on the Earth. Galactic Suit is going to be the world’s largest chain of space resorts, and is planning to send the first orbital resort by 2012. The Space Port will be situated on an island where the initial astronaut training will be given to the individuals who will be blasting off to the space resort.

The package which the Galactic Suit will provide is a simple one i.e three days of stay in the orbital resort where you will be able to watch the sun rise on 15 separate occasions as you orbit the earth. Guests will have to wear a special Velcro suit that allows them to stick to walls and to crawl inside of their rooms, which are shaped like pods.

Galactic Suites is not the only company offering this unique type of space tourism. Bigelow Aerospace from Nevada  has already launched two inflatable prototypes in space and is planning to open its doors in 2012.
